so afton is having a jam on october seventh. knowing afton they'll fuck it up somehow and it'll be all boarders. as far as set-up i have no fucking clue
 
Its after the ski swap. They will let skiers in and its all on thier website. afton alps.com

Thanks for telling everyone Darren, now we won't get prizes for being the only skiers.
 
this should be a fun event, if they say no skiers we will just show up with a bunch of skiers and tell them they must let us enter
 
afternoon. the swap runs form 11-5 or some shit like that so it'll be after or during that timeframe. i'm working down there on friday so i'll post time info fri night
 
the circle game is that game from malcom in the middle where u make a circle with your pointer finger and thumb and hold it below your waist, if someone looks at it you punch them in the arm.. it was a national fuckin craze when i was in like 6th grade so 6 years later my friends and i collectively decided to bring it back
 
all of u that think aftons rail suck obviously ddint even give afton a chance last year im not gonna get into all the relly sweet rails that they had but it was a vast improvement from other years. i dont wanna ruin anyobdys hopes but i talked to a guy from the ski store at afton and he told me that it was unlikely that they were gonna have skiers in it because november snoboards is putting it out. i could be wrong though because the guy i asked is totally unknowledgadble about anything. anyway i emailed november snoboards and they havent replied back. ill let u guys kno when they do though
 
well its a little late for that now, and aftons rails did suck, at least thats what my brother said who went there a lot. he said there was a few good ones and a few really bad ones
 
you guys need to realize that afton is the best thing south of the cities and for us who can't drive to hyland every day it looks good
 
yea hyland defiently is way better than afton no doubt im jsut saying that they had some pretty sweet stuff last year as well as their crap stuff. but yea there was really only one good rail jam at afton last year. it was the one with the dfd in the finals. whoever it was that 450 disastered on to that is my hero lol

i know the designer at afton since i work there. i keep telling him to make shit higher but the thing that stops him is the vast amount of little dumb-shit kids who can't do anything but they try everything anyway.
 
they wont try it trust me. hyland is nuts and full of lil shits. big stuff DOES scare them and if they are dumb enough to hit it they will fall but wont get too fucked up. just enough to not do it again till they know how.
 
k i was there but i didnt know who anyone was i was the one who had to leave fucking early i was so pissed off i paid $1.42 per hit. so who was first second third?

it was fun! total snowboard setup tho. my skis were being gay and slow tho so all i had speed for was change ups. prolly cuz i walked up the hill with them on but maybe not.
 
first, who is this??? second i rode ther all last year and it sucked!!! they had the dfd that was cool and the down jib was ok but other wise they were all like easy and boring, not to mention that the jumps blew!!!!!!! 25 with no lip and rutted out landing! hyland and spirit all year!
 
yea aftons jumps sucked defintly not gonna try to defend that but cmon how bout there battlship box or there a-frame box, big rainbow box at end of year, flat down flat rail, up down rail. o yea im Leo wolfson i was the kid in the new orleans jersey at the fall rail jam and if u wernt at that i wore a red jacket last year and was usually riding with a black kid.
