Afterbangs or atomic punx?

Hey, I am now considering buying new skis. I'm 180 cm, around 60 kg(5'9, 132 lbs), and narrowed it down to two skis I am interested in. Line Afterbangs 177 or or Atomic punx in 173 or 182. I am gonna use them for mostly jumps and rails, but if there is powder, I'm skiing it if you know what i mean. So what do you guys think would be the best choice? Other ski suggestions is also welcome.

i would say the punx. i think the size you get depends on your ability level. get the 182 if you're PROOOOOOOOO!!!!!! or the 173 if you aren't so PROOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

have you considered the atomic patents? there symmetrical but are wider so they will be more versatile if you are skiing a little bit of powder.

I just got 182 punx, and im 179cm tall. Since they are center mounted and symetric and my earlier skiis was "standard" -2.5, i dont feel any difference, they were 171.

I agree with this^^^ you arn't exactely a huge guy so the 183 might be a lot of ski to throw around. But if you are a good skier then do it up! Being center mounted compared to your old ones you will just have a little more tail.

I'm not so pro and when i was 5'2 I was skiing 173 punx. I love my punx, by far my favorite ski I have ever owned, so I definitely recommend them. That being said I have never skied afterbangs so I can't really give much opinion there.

Punx for sure, they are a perfect flex and are bomb-proof. I have yet to brake a pair...

Tough call, I found the Afterbangs heaps of fun in the park but kinda average on the rest of the hill.

Early next year I'm grabbing a set of Punx for a thrash ski but I'm getting them stupid cheap which is the biggest influence on my decision right now...
