Afterbangs chipping?!

So guys here is my problem. bought brand new afterbangs after last season. Used them really for the first time yesterday on my backyard setup. was looking at them today and found they are chipping :( i have heard this happens quite often with afterbangs? I am disappointed because the were advertised as being really "tough". thanks +k for helpful answers.

any ski ever made at some is going to run into top sheet chipping. it happens. its just cosmetic damage and wont affect the way the ski skis.
 
post 1 + post 2 + gear talk. not trying to be a dick but any searchbar for afterbangs and you could have found this out.
 
yeah but the searchbar is horrible.....I can't find anything with it. Anyway not trying to start an argument thanks again.
 
Chipped afterbang topsheets looks really sick imo! Especially about the edges. looks like the base of a well used skateboard. Looks a lot better than chipped fibre glass... It is a ski to be used and abused after all...
 
Send them back,,,,,,,, two of my friends split in the front the first day and they got new ones for free..... contact someone who could help u with that
