i just recntly learned how to do back flip and i can do them extremly easily. What tricks should i now move onto that involve the back flip or a iverted rotation.

Are rodeos pretty easy or what?

thanx.

try a backflip to late 180...than shortly after that try a fat chick. also try to add grabs into your backflips. rodeos are a lot harder than a backflip and is more of a lincoln role than a backflip.

try throwing a mute, tail grab, japan, lui kangs into your backflips, once you got those you'll be confident to throw rodeo, and practice hitting jumps switch!

backflip mutes look so cool...um well if u aren't comfortable w/ forward tricks work on those too

Why do you guys say, 'I have to take a shit' when you just leave it there?' JF learning english

I think that you should try and learn back japans or back lui kangs before you try a back mute. You want to just get comfortable grabbing on your backs I think. Throwing a mute into your back totally wacks out your rotation I am told....so I think it would probably be good to just make sure that grabbing backs is not a problem.....hahah thats what I plan on doing when I finally get my shit down......lol

if you do your backflips laid out than a mute grab totally fucks up the rotation, but if you just sling it than tuck up into a ball than you can grab mute very easily...but it's impossible to tweek it, and when you sling a backflip the chances of landing your your back/head when you over rotate go way up.

don't forget to pop up before throwing. if you don't pop up than you'll just land on your back.

When you do your first front, huck hard

you will soon get used to doing fronts and then you will be able to judge how hard you should throw them.

pop and huck....

for the trick after the backflip, I would definitelytry a falir then a lincoln, then a lincoln 180, and after that, less inverted lincoln 180 (rodeo 540) and.....

How exactly do mutes fuck you up? They make you spin faster? How bad would it be to land on your back on maybe a 20ft table?

I think he was talking about grabbing a really tweaked mute when you are use to do laid backflip.

yah, I reckon go for a japan or tail grab first, they are pretty easy to chuck in with a back and don't mess your rotation much. Mute spins you sideways a little depending on how you do it. toxics are super styly. Then try throwing in a spin also and go for a rodeo or something, or a d-spin but make sure you got your spins dialed first. Hey, does Schwags remind you guys of saucerboy?? haha, all of his comments I just thin, haha, saucerboy, it's funny.

I learned flair before the backflip and i found them pretty easy. I tried a switch backflip in a competition and i landed it in the water (a comp. at mt saint-sauveur), so if you can do big switch 180, try a switch backflip.

a mute slow your rotation waaaaaaaay down when u r doing a back.

well if u do em laid out. on the water ramps this summer i went for back mutes

and kept stopping my rotation, eventually i figured how to get it around...

but i would suggest other grabs first. also don;t sling a backflip..

u gotta go with your hips, the rest will follow.

and landing from 20feet table...would hurt...but alot less iif u hit your feet first

when i was learning backflip mutes on my trampoline i kept underotating. I then tried a backflip cross that was really tucked. I eventually just grabbed my foot and a while after that i tweaked it. You just have to progress slowly.

flair are less scray then backflip cause it almost prevent you from landing on your head... switch backs are easier then back in my opinion cause you can see the landing for a long period of time.
