sometimes i feel like its bullshit, they say that evenly qualified white and black they have to take the black but i think the truth is that they take the black person if he is anywhere near the white person.

i think things too sometimes. but usually if i talk about it out loud, i back it up with proof or you know, evidence.
I think that whole system is dumb. yes, racism and slavery and all the stuff that the african americans were put through was horrible but it happenned and its done with. we need to move on. as long as we keep the system the way it is, we will never be able to put racism in the past and it will always be an issue. in order to transcend racism we need to look at each persons qualifications for whatever it is and make a decision then find out their race after the decision is made.

word, like i have nothing against black people i have so many black friends but when i think of the jobs i could easily get if i was black it pisses the shit out of me.
