So basically i went to a house with a friend and partied. The people were out of town and we had no idea it wasn't the girls house. The i didn't drink because i recently got arrested for stealing. I did nothing wrong and we left in the morning because our ride was drinking. Now the cops found out and are questioning names on the beer pong list. My name wasnt on the list because i had not been drinking but someone gave them my name. The cops came the next morning after we were gone and they found the house in the condition its in. I just had to Talk to two detectives about what i did wrong when i had no idea it wasnt the girls house. Now they are saying they are going to dna test all these pipes when i didnt even smoke. They are saying that everyone there could get three felony counts which is 50 kids. What is going on?
 
what is going on? You just told us. Calm down, get a 40 and a big cigar, pack a bedroll, and hop a train to saskatchewan for a new life working the grainers
 
cops use scare tactics like a motherfucker to get people to talk.

just wait it out and don't admit to anything, and it'll probably blow over. but it sounds like you admitted to being there, so you're probably uber fucked. you might have a breaking and entering charge coming down on your head.
 
a little tactic police like to use called Fear, just laugh it off, without being too pretentious and youll be fine, you cant get in trouble for shit you didnt do, and as much as police try to scare you into admitting shit, the judge has the final call... sounds like you should be safe, so chill
 
yeah, theyre trying to get you to snitch on someone else or admit something you did wrong. just dont play that game. dont be a dick to them but literally just dont say ANYTHING you dont have to. theyre not going to charge 50 kids with felonies, or DNA test pipes for 50 people. make it very clear you did nothing wrong, or even ask straight out, what could they possibly charge you for, given that you didnt do anything?

seriously try to say as little as possible. talking to cops can hurt you really badly, but very rarely can help you (unless of course, you really fucked up and need to barter with them)
 
yea i dont think they can give 50 kids felonies, and the girl told people that it was her house, i was one of those people
 
what? this makes no sense

someone invited you over. you did not smoke or consume anything. its not your job to find out whose house it is

tell that to the cops and stop being a puss. you cannot get in trouble if you did nothing....
 
yea the only thing they can get you on would be B and E because you admitted to being there but that would most likely blow over because you were invited there...but why would you admit to being there when the person said you were there you shlda been like hell no i just dropped some people off and left.....and kick the persons ass who ratted u out
 
well getting high probably isnt the best move considering that the fuzz are trying to bust people for smoking weed
 
Rough shit man, stay up. Dont talk to the police unless you are legally obligated to do so. If this happens I cant stress to you how important it is to talk to your attorney. The police love to twist your words around into things you didnt mean.

but in the end, it is this girls fault for inviting you to her party at what she made you think was her house.....
