Advice on skis

I'm a 14 year old boy and I'm 5'8" and weigh about 125 pounds. I live in new york and this is my first time buying skis. I ski some in the east but mostly ski out west, and probably go to jackson hole and whistler more than anywhere else. I do a little bit of park but not a lot so im really looking for an all mountain twin tip. What skis would you recommend and what size should i get them in?

Hey btw theres a gear talk forum so im not gona bother giving you any advice....

just kidding. So heres what im thinking: youre skiing all mountain but you want to have some park performance, so dont go any bigger than 100mm underfoot. youre also light, so dont get something too stiff. I think something like an Armada ARV would be a good ski for you, at 5'8" maybe get the 175s especially if youre skiing hard. There are plenty of other skis that would work for you RMU Diam, Line Blend, Im sure you'll find something you'll like. In my opinion, stay away from Volkl or Salomon, their skis that size are on the stiffer side and although they would ski the NE well, they wont be as fun or playful out west... unless you like to charge big mountain lines more than floaty pillows, trees, park etc. Hope this helps a bit!

thanks that was very helpful. I really like to do a bit of everything but when im out west i rarely ski park. the type of terrain i ski really depends on where i am. when i am at whistler i mostly ski big mountain lines, and when im at a place like jackson or somewhere in CO i ski much more trees.
