Advice on foggy lenses

So i just got new oakley airbrakes. they were great for the first week but lately every time i have worn them, they have fogged up on me. Theres no layer of fog that i can whipe off on the inside or the outside. Its like the core of the lense is fogged. Hit me up with and advice or recomendations!!!!

check and make sure they are in the frame correctly? im not sure.

You let them dry thoroughly before storing them? Have you wiped the inside of the lens when it's been fogged before?

iv never wiped the inside of the lense, heard that bad for them. iv been told to microwave them for like 3 seconds to releive some of the moisture

Uhmmm. Not sure. Could be true! Anyone else know about this?
