Advice for video editing?

so i recently made this edit, and yeah its pretty shitty. I have premiere pro cs6, and i just want some advice on how i can make this better?

1. don't use a go pro for the whole thing2. don't place said gopro on your helmet.

3. Have someone actually film you

4. Have filler clips

Yeah that's the thing, all I have is POV so....

Basically, you need:

1. a variety of camera angles

2. close-up shots as well as wide, landscape, general shots

3. shots of other things besides the main focus of the video which is skiing/snowboarding

4. a cool music track

An afterthought: I guess that's how I (and perhaps not someone else) would do a video edit.

Everyone has his own style =)
