i am quitting racing next year, and basically because i can't stop thinking about freeskiing so-  I live in Vancouver, I'm 15- 5,9 and 150 pounds- i think i want to get next years bacons for powder(181), and then 178 invaders for park- i've heard the invaders are awful, and i've heard the opposite- any advice to help me out?

i was liek you... i was 5 '8  and 145 when i quit racing to go to freestyle.. i got the rossi scratch FS as my first skis.. love em dude.. dont go for a nice lookign ski.. its not worth it.. and for ur first freestyle ski..its not worth goign for a really expensive ski.. and by the way...racing will of helped you out for freestyle.. it did for me..the balabnce and all..its all good

i would say the length you want is good....

those skis sound good for you for what you want them for, the thing ive seen and herd about happining on invaders are delam but i think they delam less now days..

i'm an alright park skier, i can nine, and backflip, and do most easy rails - is the invader gonna work? i'm mainly looking at it because it's cheap

dude if you can 9 and backflip then you don't need a beginner park ski! im not saying invaders are for beginners im just saying you could go for something like an AR6 which is sick in the park and real good out of it too.
