I was just looking for some tips for back flipping cliffs. I can do them off jumps fine so its not uncomfortable for me to be upside down. Im just curious as to when to start to throw it and the speed you need. Im sorta sketched out on hitting my head when i go back.

ummm yeah all you do is go off the cliff, and throw all weight backwards and look put your head back. its just like doing one off a jump.

I find that backflipping off any cliff bigger than 20 feet is easier than doing it on a jump. You barely need to throw it hard at all because you are dropping down more than traveling a distance off a jump.

go play johnny mosley mad trixxxxxx for like, 6 days, and on the 7th day god will descend from the heavens and bestow you with cliff flipping abilities level 10.

hahahahaha, I want to be there when you do it so hopefully you live in tahoe. huck a back of a sloping 10 footer to dome. On a more serious note ^ thats good advice and pick one with a flat take off or a lip.

yeah, the more flat the takeoff the better. it's not bad if the takeoff isn't very steep. once you start getting into steep takeoffs, you need to be hitting cliffs at speed and they need to be at least 40 feet. if you've got a relatively flat takeoff, you can flip off a ten footer no problem.
