Adult Lunch

We do a combination of this, too. We cook huge batches of asparagus, fish, taco meat, spaghetti, whatever the heck and then eat some for dinner and pack the rest for work meals. We do specific meal prepping for breakfasts (scrambles mostly). I also keep healthier versions of snacks on hand at work for when I'm craving something (I'm a crunchy salty gal) like Quest protein chips, flavored mini rice cakes, Mighty Muffins, etc.

Yeah dude, for us big batches was the key, so instead of cooking normal meals PLUS specific meals to bring to work, we make big portions whenever we cook and just plan to stick some in Pyrex for work. depends how much you like leftovers/eating the same thing tho, i guess

All meet repulsive? The fuck?

I'm heavy into steamed broccoli added to pan cooked Kale in olive oil and garlic mixed in with rice and homemade guac. I never get tired of this combination. Healthy, filling... but broccoli farts ensue so i cut out the added beans. Sometimes I'll add lettuce and garbanzo beans.

I personally stirfry up some beef and or chicken. I make it all at once and it lasts me a few days at least. Nice healthy dumps and high energy.

in two weeks I go back to working my corporate job and I can’t be that person that brings pb&j’s every day so I’m looking for any recommendations for packed lunch

also I find cold meat repulsive so cold cuts are a no go

OH and people love when you bring in sardines and brussel sprouts. So make sure you start bringing those.
