Adobe Camera Raw problem

So i was editing some shots in ACR7 and once I was pleased with the adjustments I had made I clicked open. As soon as it was opened in photoshop it looked entirely different. Perplexed, I went back into ACR and noticed if I zoomed into 100% it looked the same as it did in photoshop. Here are some screenshots of whats going on:

Anybody have any idea why this is happening? I don't know why this isn't plainly visible when editing the photo in ACR at under 100% zoom and would like it to look like it does otherwise.
 
It looks like shadow/highlight clipping warning. On the histogram in raw editor you'll see 2 boxes in the upper corners, you probably hit one and didn't realize what it was/did.
 
I initially thought it was that but it's visible in the actual JPEG file itself. And if it was a clipping warning it would be visible no matter what zoom percentage. It's really frustrating because I really like the shot but it's ruined by this obnoxious white shit.
