adjusting bindings

anyone know how to adjust bindings? i mean i pretty much know how, but as far as weight, hight, and other stuff like that goes.

 
you need a chart. i dont know if it's available online somewhere but it involves height, weight, skier type and bootsole length. chances are pretty good you're gonna fuck it up though

I have no idea what those are. Looks are very easy to adjust, salomon 810's etc are pretty annoying to adjust, but youre not going to kill yourself trying to do it unless youre a complete moron.

Look has din and forward pressure. Salomon has din, forward pressure, toe wing adjustment.

Like I said, its not rocket science, but its also not expensive to have the shop do it.
