Adjustable bindings and mount

What’s the piece that goes between the binding and skis called, seen in this video? Has anyone installed them rather than demo bindings? Any recommendations? (I ski conservatively and may plan on letting others borrow my skis so I would like to adjust the bindings every so often without drilling new holes)

its called a rail system and the specific model used in that video is the PowerRail by tyrolia found here

dont do it for freeride/park stuff.

its only cool for superstiff skinnies where you would need a plate.
