also a good reason to stop is simply money. the lower your tolerance, the less you have to smoke, the less you have to buy. i wouldnt say stop cold turkey unless you have a reason to(cause it sucks) but i would recommend for a week, every few months backing down to just smoking at night to get to sleep, or just purely vaping and not smoking at all. I do a vape only week every 2-3 months so my lungs can clear out and my tolerance can drop a little bit. the first smoke you do after a week of only vaping will get you a lot more ripped than the vape will get you guaranteed.
