but I've been out of school for a year and didn't study =/ Oh well, it's almost time to ski
 
i really hope you don't believe that paying for an act prep class "teaches you how to beat the test." I know a lot of kids who spent a lottttt of their parents money and a lottttt of their time in act preparation but it really doesnt make much of a difference. It really is a test of if you know your shit and if you can take standardized tests well. I agree that it is not the best test of intellectual capability, but it gives a better idea of someone's smarts than gpa.

I'm 14 BTW. I had to take it last year so I was 13 when I took it. It was part of this program where kids who scored well on some state test dot to take a bunch of other tests and could take these special courses at certain universities. I didn't take any of the courses because they were like $2500 for a two week course.
 
What do you mean by that? I was taking the test with highschoolers. It was the exact same test as they were taking. It wasn't easier or anything.

a kid at my school, he is asian but actually has a life, got a 33 on the act and he got a perfect score on the science section, 36/36
i didn't believe it myself until he showed me but then again he is ridiculously smart
