Dust in the wind, easy way to start fingerstyle.

The strummed version of Hotel California (like Bm, F#, A, E, simple chords), people don't notice the difference with the real one.

Once you get dust in the wind down, try to tackle stairway, it's really pretty easy if you

you're an idiot. yes they are a christian rock band and nobody wants to hear your worthless opinion on music. it's a good acoustic song which is what the thread creator was asking for, not your opinion k thanks

If you've never heard chet atkins classical gas you have got to hear that version, and as for really hard acoustic but really good songs the clap, and mood for a day by yes, any CSNY

sweet brandywine-new monsoon

its a tight song but youll have to tab it yourself or get someone to and use a slide-id say its worth the extra work as its probably the best acoustic song ive heard in a long while

any of the acoustic elliott smith songs will be impressive if you learn it...take some time to listen to tomorrow tomorrow, and youll see that he is a musical genius

wish you were here, goodbye blue sky, is there anybody out there--all by pink floyd

blackbird by the beatles (good for fingerpicking)

over the hills and far away, stairway to heaven-led zeppelin

you can give classical gas a shot too

if any of you are part of the guitar cult please go there, its dying, and if any of you are leaders, please invite people

thats a killer song man, i never tried playin it tho, is it standard tuning? Rain song is definetely awesome to play.

you can modify Hey Joe to the acoustic and it's very fun and sounds sick, so is The Wind Cries Mary, 2 fun Hendrix tunes. A lot of Tenacious D's songs are super easy to play, but still very nice on the ear, and great at keggers... Pearl Jam:Daughter. If you like just mellow mellow guitar, all of Jack Johnson's stuff is pretty easy and very mellow, and it's all meant for the acoustic basically. Check out anything on Clapton Unplugged, thats all awesome. And as was said before, any Bod Dylan.

kinda slow it down, mellow it out, no crazy crazy fingerwork, and more groovin flow, not that it doesn't have that anyway, but its hard to explain, lemme record an electric and then an acoustic version for ya man.
