Accoustic songs for guitar

LAYLA! By eric clapton. It's not all that fun or challenging.

But I love playing it lately. Iunno maybe because I actually learned how to play it properly and it sounds wicked, and I love accoustic. But..

I JUST GOT A NEW ELECTRIC!!! JEAA!!! Peice of crap.. But it'll do for my skill. =)

i wanna grow old with you is mad easy and fun to play on guitar and the ladies love it. (mine does at least)

which one if you get the verson from the eric clapton album

eric clapton Unplugged it sounds pretty hard

Also look up anything by leo kottke

He's amazing you have to be good to play his stuff

minuet. its from like from first to last i think, which i personally dont dig, but its a tight song. its kinda hard to learn, but once you got it, its sick

check out the acoustic version of everchanging by rise against, or maybe swing life away by them, i think thier dope

White Stripes - We are gonna be friends. Good one to play for girls.

Anything by Ben Harper or Jack Johnson. Also, take a look at Iron and Wine or The Decemberists.

jack johnson, or slightly stoopid, their acoustic songs are out of control.. super hard though.

not to steal the thread, but does anyone know of any good blues songs? They don't need to be easy or anything, I'm just looking for something new.

well i dont know how much youre willing to spend, but look for either taylors or martins, they are the two best sounding accoustics in my oppinion, and i think come as cheap at 200, but you can get others that are cheaper

I mainly play Neil Young songs on guitar... "Helpless" is an incredibly easy song if that's what your looking for. Uhh, "Bridge To Nowhere" by Sam Roberts is fairly straight forward as well, if you are comfortable with bar chords.

Alvarez makes sick acoustic guitars. You gotta go to the shop and them out though dude, every acoustic sounds different. Some worse than others.

knocking on heaven's door is pretty easy

i also like to play snow by rhcp on my accoustic and it sounds so good

and banana pancakes by jack johnson is super fun to play

here comes the sun by the beatles is super hard to play, but if you get it its so nice

if you're left handed, just give up and shoot yourself. its SO hard to find a backwards guitar i've been looking for a new one for years.

hey hey my my by neal young is great. uper easy two, one simple riff and some hammering on the chords. Good to sing while you play.

blind melon - no rain is really really easy, and its always fun

wait..I'm no leftie and none of my friends are, in fack I dont think I've ever seen one of these "left handed guitars" but if you're playing a straight acoustic...whats stopping you from just restringing it? am I missing some fundamental point here? I mean they're pretty fuckin symetrical right....

girls cant play the guitar. they can go through all the motions and it may sound like they're playing the guitar, but really they're not. they're thinking about cocks and makeup and shit.
