Accomodation in Whistler

Im going to Whistler for the season which im so stoked about but all the places to stay cost about a million bucks. getting there early january. any ideas?
 
you wont find anything. everything is already rented out and whistler staff just filled up so theres nothing left. try coming in the summer or early fall next year if you want to get accomidation
 
I'd say best idea so far

Lodges/Hostels? Fireside Lodge? How long are you gonna be staying for? January on-wards, 'till end of season?

Unfortunately, this is the most accurate response there is... It's seriously crammed, look into Squamish maybe, but you better hurry up or should consider going somewhere else. Plus, search a couple pages back there's a shitton of threads on this.

you can look for accomodations there, you can also look for a job which may be able to get you staff accomodations

but i still vote for the igloo
