anyone have any good or bad expiriences with them? i ordered a jiberish hoddie from them on november 11th, and i checked today and its still listed as not shipped, even with the 5-11 day shipping. should i be worried?
 
depends on wat model u ordered and if it was backordered, but i got the MFG Red in XL in 8 days with thanksgiving in there
 
I'm done ordering from them- I got a salty response from them about where my product was after they ignored email inquiries and didn't ship in a timely fashion. I can also vouch for them mailing the product to a wrong a address and then blaming the customer.

ordered my sundays best from them, came in about a week. ordered my fruit and orbs last friday with 5-11 day shipping, just got it a few mins ago. and i live in washington
 
"It looks like we never got an invoice forwarded. We have had some problems with our shopping cart engine dropping orders. We are looking into it. So do you want us to send you a Large Oh Word or do you want a refund?"
This was the response I got after asking about the status of my order 9 days after I placed my order. And the only reason I asked was because on Google Checkout it said order not shipped. I ended up just taking a full refund because it end's up that my grandfather ordered me the same exact thing for me from abstract mall. they let me know this as well. so now i know what i'm getting for christmas. shweet.
 
what did you order from them? and i havent heard anything back from jiberish yet, so i might email abstract mall and see if they lost mine.
 
i ordered a jiberish hoody from abstractmall and after a wekk i sent them an email to know about myorder and they responded in like 3 days sayin that it was shipped...after that they sent me an email with the trackin number and also another one when it was supossed to get here to know if i got it.... it was a good customer service in my opinion and got it within 3 weeks considering that i live in Chile and they shipped it a week and a few days later thats good
 
there super legit!!! i ordered an Oh word and Boltastic right away, and they shipped them as soon as they got it. Give em an email they respond super fast aswell

i am genuinely sorry to all of you that have had problems or 'salty' experiences. we run a pretty small operation over here and have been swamped with orders the last 3 weeks. i have been trying my best to keep up with everything but we have been a little overwhelmed and mistakes happen. sorry. I am happy to say though that jiberish is all caught up with shipping now and any new orders will go out 2-3 day USPS priority mail no more than 72 hours after the order is placed, but probably the next day! anyone who has problems now or in the future, go to our contact page and hit us up with a message, ill get back to you as soon as i can. thanks to everyone who has given us their support!

awesome custome service. not only did they ship my order priority shipping, but hooked my up with some free schwag! im very impressed :)
 
anyone know anything about where they are shipping from? I went to order something, and the shipping turned out to be $55.00, i do live in canada, but isnt that a little ridiculous?
 
they said in another thread that they were havin issues with the shipping costs so the were refunding a certain amount of money you should check that out...searchbar for jiberish and it should be one of the latest threads
 
I ordered a jiberish pull over from them and it came in about a week there pretty legit and everything i didnt have any problems.
