Absolute shitiest skis you've used?

pretty sure they've tweaked the sidecut and construction a couple times. they've also changed up the binding mounting system at least twice now, and are using a marker binding with a heel based on the jester/duke heel. i don't disagree with you in that i hate the binding, but it has changed a bit since it came out.
 
I can't give Line enough credit for the Prophet's. They made an awesome all around ski, like a groomers and all ski. I equate them to an awesome race ski. I know so many old people that ragged on twins super hard then skied them and wouldn't shut up about how great they were.
 
On the plus side, if you take a core shot, you can just whip out a can of shaving foam, and fill them back up.
 
onnly skis i ever had fail were pipe cleaners- and they were awesome- so no complaints about any of them-

Ive had Original pipe cleaners,line anthem spiral- volkl expression- and k2 made-n-ak
 
my invaders were really soft, but i never thought of them as noodly... I just don't agree that the invader was a terrible ski.
 
i loved the spaceframes...still use those little guys for urban stuff...but they did lose any sort of camber they had really fast and dont have a whole lot of pop, and you have to keep them on edge all the time if you have any sort of speed otherwise they are all over the place...maybe they are kinda crappy afterall
 
iv got salomon spks. yeah not the boots, the skis. the cores they use feel like death but there the old 07/08 caped ones so they are basically indestructible.
 
i had a first run pair of elan m tribes and they sucked. didnt get 1 seasion before they lost all notability of having any stiffness and will drop you on your ass if you arnt carefull. that and in 1 day of rocky spring skiing last year using them as rockers i riped out 3 of the 4 metal edges
 
So, on a positive note, what are some good skis that one should look towards. On my list, I'd have to say that line have been very good to me. Line prophets: awesome. K2 has also produced some pretty burly skis that I like: public enemy, bombproof.

maybe this is worthy of another thread?
 
Whys that? I have the Extremes and i personally think they are one of the best skis i have ever rode. Probably one of the best park skis.
 
mojos, my buddy had a pair, worst by a long shot. Felt like shit, totalyl dead, no pop, not stable, washed out, shitty swing weight. God those sucked
