Absolute shitiest skis you've used?

My Head's... Just realized they are way too short (160's and im 5'11)

They have rental bindings...

And they apparently still use them as rental skis for little kiids

In fact I am still skiing them, because I dont have money for skis at the moment...

Damn

yeah i dunno, i just hated them, i also dont like pipe cleaners, and a lot of ns likes them so i might just be weird

I think with 4frnt it really comes down to luck.I have heard so many people having troubles, but I have had only good experiences. My stls have lasted prob 70 days since last january, and are still in decent shape. Don't look good, but you can ski them. And I do not take care of my equipment.

1st gen line invaders hated them didnt own them luckily and my suspects only because of the durability

I had these Elan twin tips. I forget the specific name, but the first time I went out with them, the decal was badly torn. It was really bad tearing. it peeled in thick strips and it was so bad you could see the metal underneath.

probably the first pair of twins i bought... an old pair of rossi scratch juniors that i bought used for like 75$ the base was scratched like crazy and there was a crack in the edge... later leading to the whole edge being ripped out... they were shit.

i havent skiied a pair of skis that i hated. or even really disliked. and all my skis have held up decently for a big fuck who breaks their shit too much.

Salomon Thrusters- hated the feel of the foam core

Dynastar TM pros or whatever they were called- they had the old school graffic and were wrecked in about 7-8 days, i had both tails and one tip delam, and edge missing

RESPONSE TO LIBERTY PIC

only used on mountain 10 times...backyard during winter

never hit urban

just blew out and liberty warranty sucks

They feel like you're riding two floppy dicks. I need something stiffer. Just personal preference. Not sure why you'd lol considering it's an opinion.

i rented a pair of k2 public enemies the tip was cracking the tail had almost fallen off and they had no edge left ...

ninthwards lol the top sheet literally peeled off the ski and they wouldnt repond to my emails till the warentee ended.. and edge crack was crazy bad

Line invaders, snapped them in half my third day...and then the shop would not send them in to be warrantied, I was able to get ahold of a rep in North Carolina, and he hooked me up with a new pair...which now I only use if i cannot use my Fischer Addict Pros

my last pair of "normal" skis. shitty heads. i would say my old 04 chronics (got em for cheap) but they absolutely rape on shitty snow. werent that playful for a light guy like me. thats why i got anthems

ninthward butterliciouses. topsheets were like frosting on a cake, and one of them snapped pretty easily just doing a 5 off a 40 foot jump in slush.. at least i got a double warranty on them (my friend used one pair before me that ended up easily getting bad core shots and top sheet damage.)

i have the 1080's there are 4 years old did urban used them as rocked skis when I raced dropped them, they are perfect no damage to the edges most durable ski ever. but the base are scratched no surprise there

sorry for the dub post but i can't forget the pair of elan trx airtwists i had to use because of shitty repair delays on my actual skis. i don't think i can really even count them as skis. lets just say i was 5'7'' and heavy, these skis were 148's and had the stiffness of overcooked noodles, the bases were like microwaved plastic, and an entire edge came out. they were so noodly and short for me that if i went in the air and landed i'd likely fall, and if i leaned forward just a little bit i'd fall forwards and probably eject, and if i leaned back a tiny bit i'd fall back. i tried buttering once on them and went flying. then there was the pair of line chronic jr's i had when i was little that delammed pretty bad on the tip, had to have a shit ton of duct tape over it to keep it together.

my public enemies broke in half a couple seasons ago and I ended up having to use some LINE Skogen Sprangs from like '03 that I had in my car for urban. That was a pretty gnarly day to say the least

pretty much any salomon ski. last year my thrusters edges exploded and i picked up some suspects...and a week later the same thing happened. fuck salomon

^^^ blue ones to be exact, i beat those skis to shit, but as non durable as they were, i did enjoy those skis cause they were my first twins

yeah these were the 06/07s and the edges at the tips of both skis broke out pretty quickly. It sucked because i like sternbez and his company but the skis blew. Maybe they have fixed them since then, but it was enough to turn me off of 4frnt
