This is some shit you'd see on MTV's show about High School Stories, but listen up.

Okay so I go to this private school Xaverian, in Westwood, MA. 5 of my best friends live in Westwood, so we usually hang there. We always go to the Westwood football games on Friday's (my school doesn't have lights on the football field, so we play on Saturday). So in their student section, they made a chant about how our school is gay. It lasted a couple minutes, and I could care less.

So some kid from Westwood makes a Facebook group about how Xaverian kids (us) should leave the Westwood student section. I joined it, just to say how some kid who went to my school, and now goes to Westwood is gay. I made 3 posts. About 2 weeks later, shit got way out of control. This kid from out school joined and was saying how he was gunna fucking rape everyone at Westwood High. They responded by talking more shit, and everything just escalated.

So yesturday, Westwood High School had an early dismissal. So while we had school, a car full of kids from Westwood came to our parking lot, and keyed 3 kids cars (1 of them was the kid saying he was gunna kill everyone). And another one of the cars was a legit 3 day old BMW.

So today, everyone that posted in the group (10 of us) got called down to the Dean's Office. He told us that we might get expelled, because we "represent" the school, and even though they made the group, and they keyed our cars, we are still going to get expelled. So much fucking bullshit.

I'm so fucking pissed.
 
you go to xaverian sean? thats craze, i knew hecka kids that went there and my high school played westwood in sports, i fuckin hate the kids in that town.
 
fuck dude, three day old beamer...um. first. shank them cruely. second. shake the principle's hand and say, you've known me a long time sir, so by now you should know that i'm and honest person and that if you decide to expell me i will fight it with all my time and resources because going to this school means a lot to me.

i think condi said something like it to some terrorists, they stopped for like two whole hours.
 
booogussss. i really dont think you will get expelled for that stuff. freedom of speach? i know that the bill of rights stuff is easy to get around, you just have to be cleaver.

honestly though, i wouldnt worry about it
 
It's in our student handbook, if a student outside of school represents the school in a bad way, then they are liable for expulsion.

If I get expelled, I will be so fucked. No skiing, grounded 'till forever.
 
dude that fucking sucks...look on the bright side tho, ask to go to boarding school up north, like proctor, or WVacademy

 
I understand what they are saying about representing the school in a positive matter, but you WERE supporting your school when you were posting in that forum were you not? it's not like you were shit talking their school, or your school, or anything. freedom of speech, plus not doing anything bad will get you out of trouble.
 
Do your posts on facebook say anything about you going to Xaverian? Because I don't think the dean can convict you of misrepresenting your school if there's no proof that you go there.
 
Uh dude, all you have to say is you didn't write it. There's no way they can prove you wrote anything online.
 
yea exactly. people make fake facebooks/myspaces to make fun of people all the time blame it on them if you didnt admit to it.

how are you representing your school in a bad way by defending it agains gay trashtalkers?? Just tell your dean that you just have "school pride" and didnt enjoy the trashtalking against you so you stood up against them on the intraweb. You didnt think it would fucking turn into keying cars and bullshit.
 
Just be honest, and apologetic. Tell your parents the truth. Kids will always say shit like "this kids a fag, blah blah", especially online. It's immature, but not the biggest deal in the world. Going and keying someone's car over it, now then you have issues.

Your parents might be mad a bit, but they care about you, and you're future, and they'll probably talk to the principal and try to help you out.
 
how can you get expelled for representing your school? you didn't do anything wrong. you didn't assault anyone, you didn't vandalize anything. you're absolutely correct, this is crap.
 
Deny everything and say that you gave your password to some other kids because you had a friend make the facebook for you and that you would never do something like that. Tell them if they expel you that you are gonna sue their pants off and give the school a horrible name and drag it through court forever. Go on the offensive and start a lawsuit of your own. Get a lawyer and fuck the school up.

but wait, i thought it was the westwood field that didnt have lights, and i would be playing in the xaverian field for that game. am i mistaken?

Wow, that's bullshit... Thing is, they can't know you did anything if it's online. Just say you left your door open with Facebook open and some kids, or your brother, or whoever posted that shit. You didn't even know they did it. When you heard about getting expelled, you immediately panicked and tried to cover it because you thought that was the only option, but then someone pointed out that if you didn't technically do it, it shouldn't be a problem.

If you take it to the media you'll win, too. You have a lot of options here, but I don't envy you.
