i don't like helley hansons shit neither, not stylie like oakley, sessions, orage and others but i've never had one so i can't really dis them.

helly does make a nice puffy, but thier shit doesnt look that hot for freestyle, its more big mountain oriented, which i guess is appropriate seeing as abma is headed in that direction anyways.

Freestyla good job on bringing this back from a few months ago. One thing, in the Hit List trailer, I believe it was Abma wearing a fitted New Era hat with HH on it. I doubt thats for sale, but it was sick, anyone know anything on it?

there's been a lot of old revived threads recently...

and eVent fabric, which helly buys, is the very best fabric to get a coat or pants made out of right now. just as waterproof as gore and 3x more breathable.

as for the mark abma thing, which is really old by the date of this thread, he is on the helly team. it's even on their site.

Helly Tech XP is super durable and waterproof, very good quality. They may not have 'look at me' graphics or colours, but i love the simplicity look of their stuff. It is (for the most part) light, relatively thin, warm, waterproof... Yes, it may be more BC oriented, but i wouldn't say all their stuff is 'shit' for park. To each his own i guess. Also, they are coming out with a couple more 'stylie' type things, but i don't think they will ever move into a style like a company liek Oakley has. It would suck to have all the ski companies producing look a-like gear.

yeah, they're getting into asym designs for this season and next summer. i personally don't like it. it's too retro looking for me, but i'm sure lots of people will like it and buy it.

they're also coming out with the world's lightest jacket next summer for running, hiking, biking, etc. it's way sweet.

Yes, I'm quite aware of the fact that the hat exists, and abma was wearing it, but the helly hansen store doesn't sell them, and none of the employees have any knowledge of them ever being sold in their stores.

They're probably just for the team riders for now until next year or so.
