I might be biased because I'm Canadian, but I think Alex Beaulieu-Marchand is one of the most stylish, creative and determined skiers out there. He isn't the king of the competitions but he always looks so good when he skis and I think he is a little under-rated.


One thing that makes him stand out to me is that he seems very humble. I see a lot of skiers these days getting corrupted by fame which sucks. ABM however has a humble vibe even after reaching the highest level of freestyle skiing. In many of the videos I've seen of him, he has dealt with injury and his determination to get back is rad.


Being a bit of an underdog I think he has a ton of potential and he's only going to get better as he gets older. He made it to the olympics which is the most famous sports competition ever, and if that doesn't say something about him I don't know what does. ABM overall is a sick skier and I want to see more of him in the future.

 
I agree and he is super cool when I met at my hood. He has a bit of a robot steeze, but matched with creative and technical tricks he is one of my favorite skiers. Also I'm pretty sure every kid on NS likes him and think his skiing is sick so really he is not under rated. so this thread is kinda pointless because everyone agrees with the above.

Such a sick skier, It's too bad he couldn't put his run down in the olympics or last x-games, it would've been interesting to see where he would have placed. I enjoy seeing his creativity in contests and filming. If he can get slightly more consistent I could see him dominating the comp scene.
 
He had a rough couple of weeks. The week before xgames he was in Calgary hitting the airbag with the canadian team where he got a concussion. He's taken some big hits but I hope he will be back soon.
 
ABM is the shit. After the awesome season he had last year Idk if i would call him underrated, but he's definitely got some serious talent, and is just a down to earth good guy.

Ya I think underrated was the wrong word to describe him, I think what I meant is that since he isn't at the top of the competition scene some people don't think he's as good as some of the top competitors like Wallisch or Geopper.
