It's coming...

"If everything went perfectly, cold temps and plenty of water, we can get the mountain open in less than a week. Typically, it does not go perfectly. We mix in some warm, non-snowmaking weather and it takes a little longer. We will see how it plays out the next week or two."

Hoping it stays cold here for the next couple weeks, would be awesome if they opened up that early!

Al said they would not be opening this weekend for sure, hope it is soon though.

Can't wait to wait in a line with the entire population of Denver! Haha still love it.

We woke up to plenty of fresh snow today too!!! Copper and The Basin are both blowing as much as we can. Calling for snow through Sunday too. If all goes well I could totally see a white ribbon of death open next weekend.

Dont forget that loveland has been piling up the snow too. They appear to have more than abay. They also kept it in piles so it wont melt as bad as abay.

Stoked for fist shred day in CO not stoked to find out how long lift lines are here........ need to go back to Alaska where no lift lines

how was the shredding today ??????

I don't know about actual opening day, but today it was sick. I was expecting hour plus lines, but in the singles line(s) it seemed to be 10-20 minutes (I should have looked at my damn watch to check).

Park was sick too, it seemed to me like the fact that they didn't put any super easy beginner features like boxes or fat low tubes in made it less crowded. I was so stoked. Hoping to make it up during the week for sure.
