I'm not a huge fan of cigs, and you are young, but I have my fair share of bad habits and I didn't pick them all up after 18. You should be fine. Everytime I fly domestically or internationally, nothing really gets searched. People bring back bottles underage all the time, tobacco too. A lot of the time if you say nothing to declare, you get to bypass security, where people who do declare things are sometimes more likely to get searched.

They don't give a fuck. I went on a school trip out of country in 8th grade and had a can of chew in my pack and the TSA person took it out and looked at it cuz they had to look thru my bag and then just put it back in and I was like 13.
Wouldn't it be easier to check get them in your home country?
