This matter is going VIRAL!! I hope Dustin takes your to court and sues you for $10,000, plus 5 figures worth of Punitive damages. People find themselves having to pay $20,000 plus attorney fees just for downloading 1 song. A mid 5 figure judgement is too good for you, you should be in prison getting prison raped on a daily basis!
 
that shit sucks. He should have watermarked it and not put so much trust in a rider. If he was willing to go this far to get his money he should take the correct precautions to make sure this doesnt happen.
 
Am I reading this wrong? I read the whole thing and it seems the photographer is being the douche. They offered to take it down because they never pay for photos and didn't plan on it and the ceo even apologized but the guy was like "hell nah Im suing you bitch"
 
They used his photo without asking.

Even if they take it down, they still used it, and he should be paid for it.

You can't use someone's stuff, then stop using it when they demand payment. That's not how buying stuff works.
 
yeah they should really have just paid him... they're fucked now, it's completely illegal and if he takes them to court he'll win for sure... but OP sucks at details/comprehension
