A skiing singles site?

So I was wondering, and you might think this is gay but I don't give a shit, why there aren't any skiing dating sites??
Think about it... they have them for almost every somewhat major town, city, hobby and etc. Plus all the other generic ones. I'm surprised we don't have a skiing one!
Like I don't know about you, but I think the only person I could ever have a *serious* relationship with or even marry would have to be a skier. If they weren't, I'd either have to give up skiing (not going to happen) or they would never see me, or want to live somewhere dumb like Florida.
What do you think?

i would never want to marry somebody who even had an account on a singles site. who needs a skiers' singles site, when we have skihills?

Lawls who has time for that, I'm too busy skiing!
Yeah dating sites are sort of dumb... kind of like desperate but even just a site where skiers could like gather... facebook for skiers sort of.
I think NS should add a social networking aspect.. expand on the forums.

i'm not hating. i'm just wondering why you want to turn an online social network of skiers into an online social network of skiers.

Well yeah true it is... just not the interface I was thinking of. Sorry for being so defensive there. =]

it could have like 3 members!!
face it, out of the people who call themselves "skiers," only a few would be your idea of a skier, the rest went to vail as a child and now ski in jeans and giants jackets at mt snow 3 weekends a year. the freeskiing world is so ridiculously small

umm... no. if your really that desperate theres plenty of rape sites out there. otherwise, go to a house party. your sure to find a nice single in there.

My favorite part of shredding alone. I love the randoms I meet on the lift. Always makes the day more interesting.

haha seriously

everyones like what the fuck why is this picture so small

and yea kinda a dumb idea imo. if you are into that shit you can probably just search skiing under interests as a filter for dating sites. or just go meet skiers on the mountain.

i agree totally. i've met so many random people on ski lifts, and they're not all dumb old guys. they've got something to say and know a lot about the sport. plus i like talking to people so it's all good.

Absofreakinlutely dude. I one time ended up gaining a ski buddy for a day because of a random chairlift meeting. We split directions at the end of the day with a "Thanks, that was a blast."
