Has anyone seen it? It got really good reviews, but seems to be totally under the radar. A little theater in my town is showing it a handful of times over the course of the weekend and I'm trying to decide if its worth going.
Here's the trailer:

I saw that trailer in a theater, looks great, and I love how they just have that huge list of boss fucking movies to boast.

ya burn after reading was really hit or miss. i thought it was hilarious and other people i know said they turned it off after like 20 min. ill hafta see if theyre showing it here.

you're from b-ham right? its showing at the pickford starting tomorrow and running til next thursday.

It was a bit odd. Not the best Coen brother movie (the Big Labowski) or even close. Good though

I had to write a paper for film studies on the coen brothers. i had to watch 3 movies that i had never seen before (except i saw them all before) and write a 3 page paper comparing them all. "watched" fargo, no country for old men, and the big lebowski

got a 93 on that shit

Just watched it online. Absolutely amazing. Definitly one of my favorite movies ever. Its super funny at times and it really makes you think a ton. I am positive that this is a movie that a lot of people will like on newschoolers. Definitly worth watching.

really? i saw it right when it came out on dvd and wasnt a big fan. I didnt think it was bad but not very amazing

Idk, it just struck a cord with me. From the kid, to the father, to the mother, it seemed to really mean something. The cinematography was great and I feel like the Cohen brothers really put a lot into this movie.
I just liked it a lot. It seems like a lot of the Cohens are either hit or miss for some people.

i thought the cinematography was great and all, and it was a very well made movie, i just didnt get what was great about it.

I have loved other films by them though
