A rope, two trees, and an unsuspecting car...

What would happen if I were to take a rope and tie one end around a pretty fat tree on one side of the road, and tie the other end of the rope around another fat tree on the opposite side of the road as tightly and strong as i could. What would happen when a car runs into the rope?
 
Something that could be damaging to the car depending on what rope you use, and something that could be hilarious for you. It would suck if somebody did that to you though, and it did do damage to your car.
 
It may sound funny but thats just retarded. Can't kids these days find fun without fucking things up? If it happened to my car I'd probably come out with the baseball bat thats in the back of my car.
 
you could kill or injure someone pretty badly, (including yourself) be tried.. maybe prosecuted. and you would fuck up the rest of your life. know what you would deserve it too, for being such a dumbass.
 
it would pretty much cause some damage, more with a bigger/stronger rope. stupid really.

just use leaves when they are abundant.
 
oh umm the cops will knock on your door, pull you out of your house, beat the shit out of you and then you sit in jail the rest of your life while getting railed be big joe. dont drop the soap
 
as kids my friends and i would get rolls of packing tape and run it at intersections. cars would see the glare stop look at it cuss then drive through it making a big snap noise it was fun.
 
my neighbors and i used to get the long balloons for making balloon animals and shit and we would fill them up with water and lay them across the road. People would stop so often and check shit out it was so fun
 
False, if the cable had a breaking strenght of 1 ton, the car would breake thoguth it becasue the car has momentum behind it, which makes that 1 ton car hitting the cable like its a 5 ton car, depending on its speed. i learned about this in physics the other day. haha, who cares if a car hits it imagein a motorbike, hahaha
 
it would probably break or just untie. You should do something less harmfulll and more abviouse that someone would have to get out of there car and move like taking peoples bags of leaves this fall and making a road block.
 
kinda messed up.... haha this one time in fifth grade we built like a wall of tumble weeds across a road and the first car to come was a cop haha...

hah me and my friend had these two speed limit signs that were right across from each other on a road by our houses.... so we'd go out there at night and make an entire wall of saran wrap across the road.. it was pretty funny

cars would see it and stop and then just drive through and it'd snap

hah one guy got out and cut it down... he was lame
 
haha my friends and i pretend to do that. What you do is as a car is coming towards you two of your friends pretend to tie a rope to two trees. Sometimes the cars dont notice but when they do it is so funny.
 
when all the leaves fall put em in a big line in the middle of the raod and cars will stop.

for added fun put boxes of those pop! things.

Even better! Get caution tape. Tie it across a road. and cars will turn around thinking it's under construction. I did it in my neighborhood and people would stop and turn around. It was so damn funny! Then people started to figure it out and they would drive straight through it. I think you should put like clear packing tape in front of the caution tape so when they drive through it thinking they were smart enough to know it wasn't really closed they get tape stuck to their car.
 
one of the guys in my dad's band back when he was in high school got killed cause there was a wire or something across a parking lot and he was on a motorcycle. He got decapitated.
 
Your a such a douche, obviously you get shit handed to you by your parents and don't have to work for anything or you would know that a car is not cheap and running into a rope put up by a little fucker and damaging your car would suck. No matter what the damage is its the principle of it. If you want to have fun with drivers then find a local dairy go into the shed where they keep the spoiled milk and put that on the road. The car runs over it and makes a loud bang and sprays milk everywhere. Should keep you entertained for a good 20 minutes.
 
dude play pull the rope- a game where you and a friend play tug of war at opposite sides of the road with "invisible rope". even know theres nothing there, people will slow down, maybe even stop, before they realize you guys are faking it. pulll the rope is so fun

i did it and got yelled at pretty severely. it was string though.. and i was holding it with my friend... we were probably 8.
