A Request from my friend! Help = +K

Hey NS! My friend is starting to learn freestyle, and he was wondering what bindings to get. He was gonna buy Marker 12.0's are these good for just learning and starting off, or will they not be good for him? He's 5''6" and 130lbs. If you can help, and make any suggestions thatd be great! Thanks!

Just get Griffons, M series suck.

I recommend the Salomon STH 12 Driver, or Rossignol FKS 120

Probably don't even need that much. I'd say a pair of Px Jib 12's or griffons. Driver toe or FKS sounds a little overkill even if they are only a 12 din.

If he's looking to save money the px 12 is the answer.

It's just extra durability, never hurt anyone.

Plus, bindings tend to last longer when they are more durable.

That being said, his friend can progress quickly, the last thing you'd want is to buy new stuff right away.

Yeah those m12s suck for park. Bad swing weight. They would actually impede his skill progression. If ya wanna go cheap get some look px12ti's. Cheap, bombproof.
