so im looking to order some newskiis in the next few weeks and i'm really tempted to get the on3p blue steel, looks like such a sick ski. anyway im 5'9 and weigh 140lb im about 50-50 rails and jumps, just wondering if i'd be better off with the 171 or 181. i think i was swaying to the 181 for stabability landing switch on big hits, cheers guys

the ski of my dreams - a 186 or 188 ski identical to the blue steele. maybe a company will make it. cough cough on3p do it!

We have this discussion every year, haha. If you guys really want a 191 park ski, and I mean a real 191cm measured from tip to tip, with rocker, we can make it. Minimum order on supplies is about 25 pairs, so if I get 25 emails asking for a 191, we'll do it.

I have to say already though, it'll likely be a 191 Jmo over a 191 Blue Steele...

A 191 J-mo makes perfect sense as its made for skiing all over, and you'll likely ski it in places where you often need the extra length. Blue steel less so, since its a pure park ski, but i know people who have issues finding a long enough park ski.

Ya but if you're big enough to need a 191 park ski, you probably want the extra beef that comes with a J-mo anyway.

why? there is no reason for park skis to not be rockered. they can be just as stable on big jumps, but much more playful at the same time
