Don't be hatin. Realize that skiing is what u want it to be, and that is what connects us all. we will always have something to talk about, and you guys need to realize that the all the movies are important, Msp, Level one or otherwise. Where would we be without Greg Stump and MSp and Warren Miller AND Plehouse AND LEvel one?

MY Point is, just fucking ski. Love it, and don't hate each other over different opinions.

You don't have to reply to this, and don't argue here, argue there. but hollar if you agree.

I don't shop at Wal Mart either, because even by their industry standards, they're a bunch of pricks. I personally don't just want to refrain from buying MSP, I would be pleased to see the company fold in disgrace and will do my small part to discourage others from giving them money in an attempt to achieve that currently unattainable objective. If bitching about them on NS costs them one movie sale I'll consider all the bitching worth it.

it isnt that hard. dont buy ski movies you think you wont like. if yo buy ski movies bc they are supported by big companies like PBP youre n asshole for being so closed minded not to buy an AM movie. if you dont think youll like it because there are big mountain skiers or snowboarders in it dont bitch abotu it. just dont buy it.

haha it's so funny how no one will buy msp but when it comes out they will go see it in theater. evan if none of the kids buy it half will probly see it some how. and their are many other people that will buy it. i'd say its worth the money steve and his gang puts so much effort in it to bring you a great ski movie. you may not like steve but you should like the movie for the skiiing not the hateing on who makes it.

I don't deny there are bad things in the US right now, hell, 51% of the country to be exact. But god damnit, our country being fat is NOT a problem. I do't give a shit how fat people are. hell, fat kids are harder to kidnap, that means our country is safer.

some of you candy asses make me sick. if you think a few jibber punks who say ' i am boycotting msp' is going to sink their ship... think again. They have a WORLDWIDE audience varying in all ages and sizes which is a huge advantage that not many other companies have. All i hear is bitching, when MSP spends hundreds of thousands of dollars each year to make a movie for us to watch featuring the best locations, best cinematography, and some of the best riders. I wish any of you people calling out companies like this could even attempt to make a ski movie and see how hard it is and what a small and wierd industry this is. Thats my opinion, and word.

the phone message on high five ring a bell? "I've talked to dynastar and a bunch of other sponsiors and they are bummed that their riders didn't make it into our movies. I think that they are going to pay more atention to bigger projects and cut more or the smaller projects(not word for word, but close since I jsut watched it). Steve, Im sure you are just telling berman what's up and that you want all the guys in his movie to film with you, and that your telling him the direction of the ski industry, but you basically told him. The atheletes in your movie aren't good enough to film with you. They should be filming with me. It was wrong of me to say some of the things I said in my last post, but truly, the phone message wasn't very classy, same as paying off VAS so your movie is on the front cover of their brochure and some of the comments on my last post. Just realize that your movies are moving so close to warren miller. Daron Ralves skiing gates on big mountain is really close to when warren miller advertises "bode miller takes his first turns on fat skis on big alaskan peaks."

why dont you just buy the movies to watch the skiing? the internal conflicts within the production company don't really concern you.

jenna, you just nailed it on the head! Internal matters do not concern any of you guys! watching the movie has nothing to do about what steve and murray do in the office everyday. They work, and it is their job to make something for you to watch, not something for you to try and analize and call out shots about busiess practices. Most of you kids could barely run a lemonade stand and you call comapnies out left and right about bad business. It is a bandwagon trend that i am sick of seeing, not just with MSP, but with many other comapnies like Salomon, etc.. So the moral of my post here is that you should just watch the movies and leave the business up to the filmmakers.

They concern us if we god damn well want them to. Personally I care about the inner workings of this sport and the people who improve it, or, in our good buddy Steve's case, hamper its progress by acting as an impedence to the success of others. Steve, stop treating the Ski Movie business like a zero-sum game where everyone else's loss is considered your gain and try not being a total dick for a while, you might find it doesn't hurt as bad financially as you think, and you might stop losing all your damn riders.

By the way, I just have to take this opportunity to ask you... do you spend some of that sponsorship money to just carve your Whistler jump off the mountain and keep it in a warehouse somewhere until you can use it again the next year? Because it looks identical in every movie, it's amazing.

jenna is right and thats what i was trying to explane! by the mvie for the great skiing it probly the best ski movie out liik at all the amizing angles they do. people say bermen could make a better movie but i dont think so because bermen's style is just not the same as msp so in my mind they would be equal. all these film mkers have different style and thats what makes their movies uniqe
