I was wondering witch ski I should get. I'm 5'11 weigh 150 sh pounds and I am looking for a powder ski that can take big drops charge and ride in the park once in a while. So far I'm considering LL2, Hell bents and ep pros.

It doesn't have to ride in park but that's just a +

none of those skis are really chargers they are all really soft pow skis wheras an Armada ANT is a stiff charging ski

I'd say you need to choose which you do more - fun fatty in the park or a pair of 2 by 4s that can mach down anything. Of those three the LL2 is the most charger-esque, with the hellbent in second. You probably won't need it at your size, but the LL is stiffer and more freeride oriented. Also, I have the SFBs, which are less specific because no rocker, but they are super fun. Better for charging than the EPs and much more maneuverable for park (I broke my others and so even used them on rails for a while). for versatility, there's also the armada JJ

189 hellbents, kung fujas, or obsetheds with jesters would be an insane setup. all excellent charging skis, and all are amazing to ski park. if not k2, then id say some bacons or bibbys

i'm feeling the JJs. if i had to buy a pow ski, those are my first choice.

i am about your size, and i would bet that i want the same type of ski.

JJs breh.

If you're looking at the JJs, then definitely keep the Bent Chetlers in mind too. Super sick ski.

Otherwise I think the Hellbents are a legitimate all around ski for what you're looking for.

For next season I'm think jj + ep pro. One for playing around, the other for charging big lines and backcountry.

that's funny because that seems like abit of a redundant quiver, unless you have half a dozen skis. If you look at the whole line of powder skis, with hellbents or EPs being the most playful, and Legend XXLs or ANTs being the stiffest, charger skis, then you have 2 similar skis. JJs are a great ski, but not necessarily the best for straightlining. Anyone think differently?

yeh probs bra. i have JJ's and the flex of them underfoot is probably one of the stiffest ive ever felt; it like doesnt even flex out the camber. but it has this rockered tip which is medium flex and reverse sidecut which absolutely demolishes ans slices through anything infront of it. its also great in sticky situations but then u can let them unleash. great charger IMO.
