A new way to GRIND!

I cannot believe anyone would actually stoop so low as to put the soul plates on their skis. I could not believe someone went through so much trouble at an attempt to downplay the sport we are bringing up from the ashes. This is a horrible idea, you need to find a better dream. If this ever takes a big catch in skiing and I even see it in any of the major ski videos I am going to go out and buy a snowboard, thats just how bad this idea is.

actually, i think it would be pretty funny to see in a ski video, as a novelty shot of course,maybe in the extras, but never as a legitimate trick option, sorry, i like the 'rollerblade steeze' but thats just awful

i also dont recall this working for any one maybe other than j at line when they had pics of it in their old catalogs. i could only see it working for skiboards since they r so much shorter. any one else notice how short the dudes skis r in those pics? gotta be some crazy small junior size or something.

Its nice to see people thinking of new stuff, but to be honest sliding rails the way its done now is fine, and it is allready hard enough to throw combos in. Also that would not work on anything but straight rails. I don't wanna be a dick, but honestly I would never use it.

 
nine milla killa, rollerblading is already in skiing as is skateboarding and snowboarding. skiing will never be rollerblading like snow boarding will never be skateboarding but all of these are influenced by each other and that cant be denied. i all actuallity i belive a ton of it goes way back to surfing.

it doesn't look like that good of an idea to me but i don't think we should punt it right away. give it a chance and maybe something good could come out of it. lets stay open to new ideas.

 
Not saying I'd use it but at least they have had a go at developing something new, who knows with a little bit of development and input it may turnout ok.

Yeah, I dont see this being a good idea at all. I think this will just re-gress the sport instead of pushing it farther into newschool skiing. By using your 'El Soul' we only further more complete the sterotype that we are rollerbladers. We want to push and progress our sport in a good way, not take something that Line has already tried and failed, and we certainly don't want to be associated with yet another part of snowblading. May God help anyone who purchases these things.
