Actually no, I should have mentioned the time. He always came in between breakfast and lunch rush, around 1030. So at least it wasn't during the rush. Sorta a weird time to order such a weird item. Also, this was back before everything was computerized, so you had to manually enter the prices (yes you could take advantage of people haha) so this guy had his own special price he paid.
