A little help please.

I've been having peoblems latley downloading .mov or .mpg files from a link. When I right click the link, the 'Save File As' is blanked out, and I can't select it. Any ideas on how to fix this?

when you put your mouse over the link the address should come up in the bottom left of the browser. write it down then punch that into a new window?

That might be it^. No I mean I can view the video, I just can't download it onto my drive. The 'Save Target As' is there but not selectable.

yeah that's quite possibly from privileges, you're often not allowed to actually save files on the computer. if you're at school, try navigating to a Documents folder or something that is there specifically for saving stuff.

sneak a peak at internet explorer's options. see if somethings changed there. Try resetting them tof actory settings.
