alright, i'll take my comments on their ski techs off because I thought about it and you're right, mine did a decent job. however, as for their sales staff, while maybe you are competent, the rest are not and I've visited alot of locations. and 99 times out of 100 when you ask for the guy with the most knowledge they'll go 'that's me' because they want comission. i've had really poor service from there and whenever i buy anything i always have to wait for the cashiers to stop yapping and then they ask each other if they want the comission on it when they didn't even help me. i've gone through the hiring process and i didn't get hired yet my friend whose a valley girl and knows nothign about skis or technical gear got hired. they hire based on who can sell more, not who can sell right. and going to local ski shops isn't a waste of money because the owners are right in the shop slaving and they will and have matched Sport Chek's prices for my friends. there's some accountability in there and it's great. sorry, but the majority of the Forzani's group staff make the minority of dedicated ones look bad, and I think that's sad.
