I far prefer the American style to Euro style (Wit/Hefe etc), maybe that there is more whole-cone hops used, or the type of hops, or that i just like APA/IPA's..
Definitely like what some Euro brewers are doing - forward thinking companies like Mikeller, Nogne-O etc just kill it.
We don't get too much US stuff exported out to Australia, although i often get my hands on the Bear Republic, Rogue, Sierra Nevada stuff
Just had the Southern and Northern harvest ales from Sierra which were all-time..Not sure if you have tried the Hoptimum?
