i agree with all these people for v for vendetta one of the best ever

i just watched eternal sunshine of the spotless mind and that was awesome not gonna lie i almost cried

and of course classics like the godfather 1&2

pulp fiction

and some of my favorites the kill bills

Goodfellas is the only one i can think of that might not have been said. Also even though someone said it at the top of the page, The Usual Suspects, so good.

since this thread turned me on to green street hooligans, i figured i'd mention theres a sequel, just rented it

i'll tell ya how it is in an hour or so

The Forbidden Kingdom (kinda corny, but it has Jackie Chan as a drunk and Jet Li as a monk in it, so it is a fun watch)

Generation Kill (yeah, not movie, but it is an HBO series, think Band of Brothers only modern)

i'm thinking movies to inspire a jibber should be to some extent filled with bad-assedness... off the top of my head, here's a few, some are obvious:

Rebel Without a Cause

This is Spinal Tap

One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest

MAD MAX I

Vertigo

Taxi Driver

Faster Pussycat, Kill! Kill!

Platoon

NOT Scarface. Had enough.

Hard boiled

Blue gold

memento

the new star trek killed it

requiem for a dream (I know its already been posted)

the protector

back door sluts 9

I saw this movie last night and it was really good.

Staten Island.

Kinda an independent movie that is sorta like Snatch in that there are three different characters that you see but they all end up getting connected together at some point. It is a good movie and funny for a bit but does get serious. When you watch it though you can tell it was kinda independently made.

anyone seen that public enemies movie? the one about dillinger and babyface nelson, came out on dvd just a little while ago

AvatarS. DarkoAmerican PsychoApt PupilRequiem for A DreamFull Metal JacketI personally love every Resident Evil MovieBoondock Saints

The Blues Brothers

The original that had John Belushi in it not that piece of garbage Blues Brothers 2000.

Yes, I didn't think it was that great actually. It was an OK movie, but it moved pretty slow.
Another movie to see: District 9. Very interesting...

District 9 is awesome but is also kinda sad.

Public Enemies was OK but just like The Untouchables it is really REALLY fucking slow and outside of Dillinger they don't really talk about Nelson and the others. Nelson was the biggest psycho of them all and they don't even really show him.

ugh Public Enemies was terrible
everyone who loves music should see "The boat that rocked"up there in my favourite movies.

True romance (by tarantino)

Shottas

Revolver

Syriana

Carlito'S way

I'm forgetting a lot, but these are in addition to all the pulp fiction, reservoir dogs, lock stock,
