FAHRENHEIT 9/11: Gore got the most votes in 2000.
A consortium Tribune Co., owner of the Times; Associated Press; CNN; the New York Times; the Palm Beach Post; the St. Petersburg Times; the Wall Street Journal; and the Washington Post hired the NORC National Opinion Research Center, a nonpartisan research organization affiliated with the University of Chicago to view each untallied ballot and gather information about how it was marked. The media organizations then used computers to sort and tabulate votes, based on varying scenarios that had been raised during the post-election scramble in Florida. Under any standard that tabulated all disputed votes statewide, Mr. Gore erased Mr. Bush's advantage and emerged with a tiny lead that ranged from 42 to 171 votes. Donald Lambro,

If Michael Moore was referring to the National Election then why did he reference articles referring to the Florida vote? Notice the article titles I highlighter in bold. Those alone debunk the 'title' of Moore's 'fact.'
Specifically note where it states Bush would have
endured the recount. Meaning he would have won the recount!
Also in F 911 Moore edits a newspaper and uses the title of an OP/Ed letter and claims it is a headline from a paper called the Pantagraph, he also changed the date of the paper. He clipped the title from the OP/Ed page and pasted in on the front page of the said newspaper. This newspaper is called the Pantagraph. The Pantagraph did the research and called Moore out on his false claim. Moore called it an 'honest' mistake. How can you 'honestly' accidently clip an OP/Ed letter and move it to the front page of a paper while 'accidentally' changing the date?
Moore also pulled tactics like this in BFC. Moore aired an ad that he claimed was Bush #41 ad from 1988. Well it was, but Moore doctored the ad and added footage and a comment to the end that the first Bush Campaign NEVER AIRED. It was meant to leave the audience with the impression that Bush was a bigot. Moore's version of the ad cannot be found on the BFC DVD because he was forced to fix it after he was called out by numerous sources, however, he once again claimed that it was an 'accident' that it happened.
Moore also held a special screening for the families of Columbine to see BFC. Nice gesture right? Well one would think so, but Moore ACTUALLY CHARGED the families to see the movie!! He was capitalizing on their children's deaths and then charging them to see the f-in film! This is a multi-millionaire, remember?! This is also the same guy that lets all of his millionaire Hollywood friends in to see F 9/11 for free!
Moore also continously complains about public education and how are teachers are not paid enough (i agree with him). However, Moore goes around to public universities and charges as much as $40,000 dollars per speaking event!!!! That is more than what most teachers make in a single year!!
Moore is a pig, plain and simple. He bashes big business, yet he makes millions of dollars a year. He hates corporate big wigs but he hangs with them all the time (Weinstein bros, etc, etc). He claims business men are greed mongers but he lives in a world (Hollywood/New York) where liberal actors get paid 20 million dollars for 3 months worth of work (all they do is memorize their lines, many/most dont do the risky stuff, ie stunts).
