alright os im kindoff a newb to jibbing and soi finally landed a three but i totally hucked it so bad so people have said to do a smooth three u just gotta look over your shoulder and stick it but so does that require any winding up befroe i take off and does it require alot more air to do a smooth one as oposed to hucking it?

as king of the flai yes.. bigger jumps require less spinning... soo go bigger and just pop of slow suck up knees and grab... and think aobut tittays and land.. the tit think is key, NEVER FROGET THE TIT!

as you get em better start to spot something up hill at 180 degrees, when atkinson is trying to help smoothe out your 3s hell stand at the top of the in run and hole up some fingers and when you get back up you gotta tell him how many fingers, have a friend do that it seems to help

once you can huck em, you'll eventualy find that you don't need to spin as hard and that you can slow it down. one day you'll just go to throw a 3 and end up throwing a 5 and be like shit i don't have to spin as hard

there are so many newb threads on how to do a 360. Theres even one on how not to do a 360. Now did you have to make another stupid 360 thread? Just search for one.
