erm, not quite, unless you're generalizing the entire german army in WW2 as "nazi" which would be incorrect as well.
the nazi troops, (SS) were a bunch of fucking psychos. calling anyone in the SS "nice" is kind of, well, fucked up.
On the other hand, the Wermacht, the professional soldiers who were around pre WW2 were the ones who were humane to a certain extent, and so were their officers.

Contrary to popular belife, most skinheads are acctually against racism. (SHARP- SkinhHeads Against Racial Prejudice and others)
