Alright im sure its been asked before but i searchbared and it came to no avail.

So i have a new pair of ar6's with look px12jibs for my park ski, and i went to my local shop last night for new poles and completely fell in love with the 08 bacons,

so what im wondering is

Would they be alright in the park, cause evn if i brought them skiing just to ski and not in the prak, im sure id end up there anyways, And how are they on groomers cause ive heard that they arent very good but i could be wrong,

Thanks, any more info would be appreciated also

Your warranty is void if you broke them on a rail, if they snapped or delammed and you had hit rails before you're fine.

I bought the bacons last year, mid season. They are a siiick ski. The bacons are really fun for all over the mountain and the elliptical side cut can actually lay a pretty strong edge in hardpack. They are a little soft for bombing icy groomers but they slay every where else. I have mine mounted an inch and a half back or +3.5 and they ski so well.

this yrs bacons are sick thats pretty cool that ur shop got them cause they didnt make that many they are super dope tho

that is what I would say too. They are actually super fun in the park, but the added weight makes it substantially more difficult to spin. Otherwise, what he said. they out carve the ar6 by a long shot on the hardpack, just a ton softer

im gettin em, soon hopefully, prob around x-mas cause there wont be any snow til then prob and theyre $600, gotta get a job

ok well, i feel that if your a bigger guy like me (6'5 and 190) that you would be able to throw em around in the park. i think its fine if you take them into the park every once and a while for a little fun.
