wow,
to this day it still amazes me how the environmental movement has so little to do with the environment.
carpool lanes are a perfect example, in theory they save the earth, in practice they lead to thousands more idling cars every minute every day.
when we can seperate the politics from the environment we might have a chance, if their is any truth to begin with.
everything up till now Kyoto accord especially has been more about economic control than environment

problem is, even if climate change was anthropogenic, reducing emissions really wont do anything... the problem will keep getting worse until we begin to reverse the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere...
i think its highly unlikely that most of the climate change that we are witnessing is anthropogenic, however, i'm still all for trying to be greener and more environmentally friendly, seeing as we're destroying the environment either way.
