/il like to post drunk too. just stating but i won my first railjam hungover as a skunk, 2 hours of sleep and it was one of the most fun days of skiing.
ps. skiing, party, lifestyle is the best lifestlye

max skill has a sick style, but the "whole wont do anything thats been done before wake up and shotgun a can before ive even eaten my cereal" ethos makes me cringe!

Leigh Powis is an example of a hip skiier with a different approach to his skiing that seems to come naturally, not contrived like max hill, just sayin

I find it quite ironic how both idiots call themselves individuals- then instantly throw themselves in to social stereotypes with the way they act and dress.
i know countless people with the same hair dos as max hill, and i also know countless white kids that act black.

It's a curious thing how kids are now harping all over him because of his "perception" of himself now...not that he's a great skier, with an individual style all his own...but now the hate is literally a psycho analytical discussion.
 
I doubt max hill will be skiing park for the rest of his life, if he doesnt ski pow or big mtn than his career in skiing after park when hes like 30 or younger is pretty much done. If your good at big mtn and pow, you still would have a chance at getting segments in movies and doing those kind of comps like seth morrison
 
I mean yeah, great park skier, does some crazy innovative stuff in the park/urban
But seems like a raging tool who tries way too hard. skiing/partying go hand in hand, i'm sure just about everyone on newschoolers would agree with that - and just about eveyrone in the ski industry for the past 30 years hahadifference is we dont need to go around showing off how badass/cool we are. yeah cigs!! he should probably grow up or his ski "career" will be pretty short lived

Next time you try to correct someone on their grammer, make sure yours is correct as well champ.

I, for one, always enjoy "A day in Lifes", whether it's some Lose cannon playa guy or Max Hill, most of the times it's just entertaining.

And to everyone hating on his attitude: get a life
 
Max Hill is sick, and Lolo is the shit. Seriously. The day I watched an unnamed pro (ya, claim) swiggin a flask during training the day before a comp was the day I realized what skiing was really about- just having fun. People get too worked up with 'omg max hill burns cigs', just do what you want and have fun doing it. After too long competing etc. I've learned that the happiest people skiing aren't the ones competing and sticking to their competition/training and 'weight-lifting' schedules. Get out and have fun- skiing is what you make of it and you only live once.

Worry about yourself rather than someone else, dude. Just because he prefers skiing park does not make him a shitty skier. He just likes skiing park. Nothing wrong with that. He really couldn't give a shit that someone doesn't like the fact he skis park.
 
I love how deeply NS needs to analyze everything. You can't just watch an edit and enjoy it for what it is. Max is a sick skier with sick style and likes to party. Is that a problem?
 
watching people party is like watching people play video games. its fucking boring. i dont give a shit if you smoke when you wake up, or drink, and im sure no one else really does. and if he doesnt give a shit either, why put it in the video? my guess is to look badass. he puts that shit in to try to look like a hard ass, and it didnt work. notice no one hates on his style, cause he is an awesome skier.

If it's 'a day in the life' and they don't put anything besides skiing, is it still a day in the life or is it just another ski edit?

Thank god its not the day in the life of an average NS'er. I would be boring as shit. And anyone who is mad about waking up and having cigs and booze for breakfast is most likely a fucking pussy. If you were given that kids position of going to a place away from home to ski and have zero responsibilities you would do the same.

When in real life, he doesn't care what you guys think and by the looks of it, he's having the time of his life while you are all here getting mad over a skier who is just living life the way he chooses to live it.
