A Cure for Pulled Passes?

Well I see all these threads about people getting their passes pulled for reasons that are unbelievable, and I was always thinking ( and planning ), that once you get your pass, keep it in your pocket! And say you don't have one! Therefore able to come back and ride another day!

But wondering If there are any laws against doing this...aka trespassing...or if they can actually keep you from coming back, cause wearing a different shirt is always easy...

Seeing everyone who posted stuff about passes getting pulled etc, I'm really surprised that noones saying anything...

yeah i think you can just not do anything. like if patrol tells you to stop you can keep going and you dong have to talk to them or do anything. i dont see why they would have any more authority.

Orrrr you could not be a shit head to get it pulled? I mean playing around and hitting slow signs is fun and maching down a run of gappers swirvering switch is awesome. but sometime you just have to have some will power and not do it. It's pretty easy.

not purchasing a pass and using the mountain the same thing as stealing, therefore you could fall under the VIOLATORS WILL BE PROSECUTED clause

if you want to do stupid shit then just go into the ticket office and tell them you forgot your pass and they will give you a day one

Yeah not a good idea. If you don't show a pass, it falls under the category of trespassing and they are then officially allowed to call the cops and have you arrested. So it's worse than having your pass pulled, smart guy

well if they ask for your pass and you say that you dont have one, then you would have to have a ticket for that day to prove that you arent skiing with a pass, that your a ticket buyer, so if you dont have either then they would pul you on tresspassing.

or just pick up one of those wicket things that you attach your pass to your jacket with. just ride around with that thing attached hanging out and if you get stopped say your ticket must have fallen off that run

well i think that we shouldne be punished n00bs should i mean they have no edikite or anything on the hill and just cuase some of us enjoy going fast and ahve the ability to do things like that doesnt mean we should be punished for it. plus its not like theres a speed limit on the hill unless its a slow zone u kinda have to go slow but hitting signs ands hit i could undertsand but for goin fast and watnot thats n00b.

i have a friend who got caught without a pass and it seems like thats when the police get involved. He ended up getting banned from the mountain, and they charged him $300.
