looking at how fast the flames are dancing and the oxygen is spewing makes you realize that this is fucking HAULING

I think it would be under propulsion, but actually a i think about it they can get it past the orbit radius of the iss and then use gravity to suck it/ accelerate it in as it moves closer to orbital speed
